Finance Committee

The Committee on FINANCE shall prepare annually a budget covering the estimated receipts and expenditures for the ensuing year, and shall submit its preliminary budget to the regular meeting of the Board in August.  The Board shall present its preliminary budget to the Presbytery in September.  The final budget shall be submitted to the Board for approval no later than November.  The Board shall submit its final budget to the Presbytery no later than December.  The Committee shall take the necessary steps to provide funds for the carrying out of the budgeted items.  It shall recommend appropriations for the various items, shall supervise the loans of the Corporation and generally shall have oversight of the financial affairs of the Corporation not related to investments.
